Course Enrollment and Payment
Boat Safe Online provides paid online boating safety courses. By enrolling in and purchasing a course, you agree to pay the stated course fee. Course access is granted upon successful payment. Completion of a course and any resulting certificate or card issuance is subject to the requirements of the applicable state boating authority. Boat Safe Online does not guarantee issuance of any certificate or card, as final issuance is determined by the applicable state agency.
